dash removal question

Default dash removal question

so im going to attemp and install a new dash i got along with the center concole (my interior is blue switching to grey)...is this a hard process? anyone done it? any info would be great thanks.

It's not too difficult, it usually helps to have another guy with you too. Make sure you bag and tag all of your bolts. I didn't and had a few bolts left over, but no rattles or squeeks.

When i bought my car the dash and almost all interior peices were in the middle of the car.
And trust me, i had to do everything from wiring to re-installing that thing.
its a pain in the ***.

Its really not that bad just get a chiltons manual and take your time. It doesnt hurt to take pictures either, for the install.

all the wiring behind the dash is a mess, and its all clipped to the back side of the dash

It's not hard at all, but there are several grounds that are attatched to the backside of the dash. Be sure to note the locations of the grounds and reattach them.
It also helps if you have the same year dash, because the years do differ
