x/h pipe legal in cali..

the x/h pipes that come with cats..are they really cali legal, as far as passing smog visual and output testing...anyone out there that knows Facts please help..

Yeah, H/X pipes with cats are Cali legal except the one that bolts up to the long tubes and long tubes are not Cali legal but I've heard people passing smog with long tubes and mid pipe with cats just don't get stopped by a cop and see under your hood cause long tubes don't come with carb #.
