will they hit the pistons ?
The set up is a 1990 lx that has been changed over to a carburetor. It's got a 302 block with roller lifters, stock push rods, e303 cam, 1.7 roller rockers, gt40 extremely modified heads,(the heads had $800.00 of work done. over sized valves, new springs, shaved, bore out, polished.. the works.) Weind intake, holley carb.
My question is with the 1.7 rockers and the e303, will I have enough valve relief ? I know a ton of people with the same set up. But when I first bought the heads and put them on, my valves struck the pistons. It wasn't a bad hit, but anytime that happens it's not good. My buddie at the machine shop said that when he disassembled the heads he saw that the valves were not seated properly. Also that they were different sizes. I'm hoping with all the work done to the heads, the problem is fixed. If there is anyone who has experienced this or something similar please give me your feedback, thank you.

DIFFERENT SIZE VALVES? don't ask us as we can't answer it 100% so get some silly putty and check..I'll tell you this why didn't you have the pistons flycut anywaz? if you have 2.02 valve you will need to haul your *** back to the machine shop....buy on those gt40 at best you'll have a 1.90 valve..and 800 in a set of heads isn't much.....I got a set here I have 6k in
