No, you're only at full boost at a certain rpm range. Just like a stick, you have to wait for the r's to come back up in an auto to hit full boost.

Twin screw s/c stays on the boost all the waaaay.

Nobody shifts faster than the computer on a "built" AOD

So we agree to disagree then!!!! lol I love my 5 speed in my SVT yes, 2nd gear is beautiful! and this 90GT im playing with is not entirely meant for strip, but , yes, im looking to the automatic.

Anyone want to T5???? I have one sitting in a wheel barrel in my back yard!!! lol

Autos only have an advantage from a stand still. If you are moving, autos dont do as well.

umm if you get a good launch with a 5-speed youll actually take an auto from a dig and walk away.... thats with a good a launch. in my opinion theres no fun in autos compared to the 5-speeds
