what shocks me is that all you guys are running 5 speeds. Have you been to the track? Arent you getting tired of watching Chevys pass you while you fumble around hoping for a good launch? Do you really like passing up 10ths going through gears while those Chevy dudes slam into second and third without missing a beat.

Am I the only one that thinks an Auto is the way to go?

 

U just gotta know how to drive a five speed.

 

We all know 5 speeds are only good for impressing high school kids, Auto's win races.

 

yea... you are pretty much alone... because unlike you... not ALL of us "live our live's a 1/4 mile at a time!"

 

Yeah, some of us only have 1/8 mile tracks.

i run a 5spd because i play on the street, no not street racing but my car is a street car.

 

5spds are just more fun to drive

 

well....i'll see you on the street then. I know their fun to drive with a clutch, I have a 01 SVT, but this new car is getting an auto. I have a bone to pick with my Chevy neighbor and his Monte Carlo. lol
