Default performance q's

i've been lookin at flow charts for heads and intakes, and ive notciced that most aftermarket heads and intakes loose power on the low end or the numbers arnt even displayed for under 2700 rpm. does anyone know and that have an an operating range down lower like 1000-5500 cause i would much rather have the power lower in the rpm range.
