No i didnt do anything to the flywheel, but i did bend the flexplate a little...would that do it?
this statement makes no sense.... your car does not have a flexplate... it has a flywheel

flywheel = 5 speed
flexplate = auto

it just bent a little pulling out the old motor but i dont think its making the vibration....?
