i,ve seen these things on e-bay before, but now that i have 5.0 i'm intrigued. Does anyone have one of these things? and if so does it do what its says? any input appreciated.

a 20$ chip off ebay ? ....don't waste your time, sounds like another one of those resistor scams that you can get for 99 cents at radio shack.

i was wondering the same thing about the chip so i asked the seller and he was actually honest he told me its a resistor that you can buy for around 4 buks at radio shack all he did was make it into a chip. the only benefits from buying it is you dont have to do any sodering that what he said hope that helps. O and the chip just tricks your engine toi think its colder out or somethin like that

I can't believe that people will produce a product that knowingly causes computer error.

If that is what this chip does... Run away... FAST!!!

Even the Hypertech and others won't provide any significant advantages.
