suspension or transmission???
i have an AOD transmission and i am not sure what route i should go with, suspension or transmission. if i go the trans way, i would get a 3000 torque converter, shift kit and a trans cooler (i have a B&M hammer shifter also). if i go the suspension way, i will get UPR u/l control arms, eibach drag launch springs, and lakewood 90/10 and 50/50. i was wondering which one would make a bigger improvement for my car in the 1/4 and 0-60

I've always liked spining the tires more then I liked them hooking up. I'd beef up the transmission. Your not going to hook really with either on at the track unless you put some slicks or drag radials on the car.
