I should have also noted in my previous response...

I talked with a guy at length who rebuilds Powerdynes and he told me that they usually last 1-5 years or 1000-5000 miles if they are run at real low boost...the more boost the less time in between rebuilds. Cant really run them hard either...no drag racing..bearings dont like it...

I should note there is an occasional person who has luck with one...but not that many...many more horror stories...Plus to buy a new head unit is like $1600 and a rebuilt one is about 1k...

I got a smokin deal($2500) on a new V2-SQ 10lb Vortech that comes with the MSD, FMU(which I will sell), fuel pump..etc etc...3 year warranty.
