Possible loss of fuel pressure volume. You pressure may remain good but you can loose adequate volume but have good pressure. The best thing to do is to monitor your oxygen sensor voltage under hard accel. Backprobing the proper PCM pin (43 for passenger bank, 44 for driver's bank) with a voltmeter will be the easiest way to do this. You want those suckers pegged rich under hard accel (.8-.9v). If they climb to almost a volt and then begin to come down as load and RPM increases, you have a clogged filter, resistance in pump circuits, pinched line, junk in the tank, bad pump, et cetera. I will look at my wiring diagram later and make sure those pin numbers are correct but I am 90% sure they are.

Sounds normal. I also felt a substancial difference in power regarding the engion temp. I love driving on those cool fall days!

I dunno what would cause power when you go into open loop.
