Two things I need help on....
Ok, I need help on how to make my horn work again. It worked fine when I bought it but it was very sensative all you had to do was flick at it at it the horn would go off. Well one day it got stuck while I was driving and I punched the sh*t out of the middle of the steering wheel at the horn ever since that day has been dead. I checked the inside if the steering wheel at the wires at they seem to be all ok. Not sure what else it can be any help or suggetstion would help.
Also my lighter (the one to turn on ciggerette's) doesn't work either any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Blown fuse. The lighter and horn are on the same fuse.
You might have shorted out one of the contacts on the horn pad to metal. Straighten out the contacts and it should work after replacing the fuse.
It happened to my '87 Ranger.

But yeah, if the cig lighter isn't working either, you probably blew the fuse when you bashed the steering wheel in.
