Coolant leaks - found them. What is this part?

I was thinking 1/4 or 5/16. First fix the duct tapped hose, then make sure there isn't an internal leak in the EGR spacer gasket. Antifreeze is not your engines friend when it is on the inside!
There's not coolant in my oil (thank god) and I'm pretty sure it doesn't burn coolant. I'm just going to replace the EGR gasket, that hose, and the TB spacer gasket (look at the first pic, there's some darkness between the intake and spacer). Thanks all.
