Can anyone recommend what size MIG wire to weld up a set of Maximum Motorsports subframe connectors? Right now I have .23 I'm using for some body work. I was thinking .30 but would .23 work?

go with the thicker bead but dont forget to up the amperage or the weld will not penetrate.

penitration is the key. if you have bad penitration, it wont matter what size you use

Think that you are asking about .030 or .023 wire. I'd use the .030 but I would try and find out what gauges the stuff is that I'm trying to weld togather and do some test/set-up BEFORE you weld the car.
If you have a choice of gas I would use 'Stargon' it's 25% Argon, 75% CO2.
Make sure that you clean the area to be welded as clean as clean can be as there is apt to be undercoat, road tar, road kill and so on under there.
Take your time, make some small tacks first so that you can get the best possible fit-up as the wire is for filler material, not filling in material.
Have fun........
