Default another new setup

guys i kno i wanted to stay n/a but i think i mite go the way of forced induction

so tell me what u guys think and please be honest i really need help with this one

i have a 86 block so i would put the trick flow heads and a gt 40 intake on it w/ 30 lb injectors
then i would buy a vortech procharger and put it to about 10 psi or so and i would have to keep stock cam b/c of the ptv clearance.

or should i stick with the newer 302 block and then go afr heads a decent cam and gt 40 intake

I would rebuild the lower end with some notched pistons, get a cam...do it right. If I was going to spend that kind of coin....

New pistons aren't that much if your block is good. And a cam is anly a couple hundred...You could have new stuff for under $600, put together, then still be close to a blower...or just build a blower fiendly engine.
