There was a post similar to this not too long ago for a GT. $4700 is a good deal for you, but he could get more if he's patient. He could probably get $6k out of it without trying too hard. It's only worth about $5k, but when it comes to cobras you can always find someone willing to pay. I'm thinking about selling mine pretty soon. Blue book is about $4500, but once I told a few co-workers that I might sell they were immediately offering around $6k. Being a buyer, you shouldn't offer more than $5k. There are way too many mustangs out there to pay more than blue book.
