Where Does this Ground Wire Go

I am thinking it runs from the back of the head to the firewall, but not too sure, anyone know for sure...

You are correct. Drivers side to be exact.

hook it to your bell housing..that's what i did<better ground btw

Make sure the orange O2 sensor ground is there too.

That thing can cause some nasty problems.
