a good running 1st gen lightning will give a mustang a run for its money.

they were the first factory "performance" upgraded trucks with big motor, big brakes, big suspension, and exterior changes.

it competitor... the 454 SS which is just a complete crapper that gets 10mpg and only has like 240hp
Could you imagine wakinga 454ss up with an H/C/I swap? The numbers would be outrageous.

He said after the HCI swap, lol. I would LOVE to have that lightning.

Also, torque is what matters in a truck.

now i know why your are crazyhorse....that drive way looks like **** with all the oil stains....why are you looking at the driveway, you are supposed to be looking at the cars

the kid accross the street from me had 2 black lightnings, totalled the first one crapped up the second then traded it for a notch back freshly painted with a rebuilt engine with forged internals and TFtwisted wedge heads and a bunch of bolt ons, all it needed was an intake manifold and some other misc ****....and he cant get it running and he is already making this car into a piece...i secretly hate him

Pretty sweet combo I must say! Lightning looks to be in great shape, 5.0's not too shabby either!
