Wow, what do you have under that hood to need a 6" cowl? Mine isa 2 1/2, and it is about even with the windshield wipers. I bet a 6" would be wild.

this is how it looks with the aircleaner on. yep it doesnt fit under the 4 inch.



so whenever the hoods shut i dont put the air cleaner on.

 

put a shaker hood scoop on it for a real retro kinda look...i think they look awesome...every kiddie has a cowl these days...put a real scoop on it and show the streets you mean business.

you think that a 5.0 with a 2in spacer for the carb will fit under a 2 in. cowl? or a 4 better?

 

harwood and cervini are the best and come prepped so you dont have to do alot of work to paint them also they have fully finished undersides also... there the most expensive but also the best quality....

Ok, but theres another thing, where do i find more hoods for a 81 GT??? that one that modularfox posted was for a 4in. cowl, but i really dont want a 4in. cowl...
