I agree. You should try cleaning the intake manifold. My 90 hatch did the same thing. In the cold I had give it gas to prevent it from shuting off. I change the cap and rotor, plugs, wires, ignition coil, throttle body cleaner and fuel injector cleaner and it still did that. I looked into the intake manifold and it was black. I never cleaned it cause ended up selling it for a sn95. good luck and i feel your pain. makes you feel like your cars not reliable.
