yes it is, but i didn't install that part of it. i just stuck the cone filter on the MAF. fit like a glove.

it almost sounds like it was suckin up water
i would just unplug the maf and see how it runs, if it still does it eliminate the MAF

not that i've tryed, but i dont think it will run at all without a MAF reading
