i installed my CAI tonight, and i think i need to clock my MAF. it bucks at low throttle openings. am i right?

cleaned it a couple weeks ago. i'm thinking also it might be too oily, i put the new filter directly on the MAF. it was rainy and dark and i didn't wanna get into the fender tonight.

u need to see the paint in person it pops super hard its loaded up with pearl and its a kandy that i sprayed it meteor maroon with apple red kandy

ok so it was about 70 degree's here today, and i didn't have one problem with the bucking. i should have noted last night that it was raining cats and dogs while it was acting up. any thoughts?
