You can get a plug for the MAS from Ford for 10 bucks, then make your own harness. You will need to get some terminals for the wires to plug into the harness from here (EEV-IC)... http://rjminjectiontech.com/?p=11
I have $18 into my harness.

(it is a upgrade from stock, but will only work with 19lb injectors and will require a adaptor for you air filter) You can also get them Remaned for around $90, but there is a core too.
$28 for mine, shipped.
The I got a remaned computer from NAPA for $106 (find a Ford computer for a core, I used one from a taurus that I had laying around, core was $118)
That is a grand total of $152 ...like I said, on the cheap for MAF conversion.
