Do you plan on drag racing with these 17x9's? Or are they just for looks? If you are drag racing I would get a smaller diameter rim and skinnies for the front. The sidewalls on 17" tires are stiff, for cornering and such. Then keep your cobras for street duty.

i usually rock 17 inch cobra wheels daily and 15 inch weld draglites when im all bussiness. The smaller diameter rim alowes for a larger sidewall giving it more wrinkle and a better hook.

no, i dont plan on drag racing, i want my car to corner better than anything else in my town, i've never evenrun itat adrag strip in the 3 years i have owned it

Those look like 18's to me...but either way I like them. Primetime has the saleens on his GT...I don't know anyone with them on a notch

Why do you need a cage then? Not being a poser I hope...
I would not get the saleens if you're staying 4 lug. Something about them just doesn't look right.
