All I have is the short delayed option, nothing else works on my wipers. DoI need a new motor all together or is there something else I can look at?

the switch is most likely the culprit... you may want to disassemble and look for a pinched wire, does the motor move really slow? if so chances are its on the way out, that was what mine did. In the manual theres a fuse # for the wiper motor pull that and try with another, but thats most likely gonna be all or nothing.

motor works fine on the setting that is working.

only setting that works is the hi/fast setting but it works as if it is on the shortest delay mode.
