Can u plug the smog pump ports that go into the head without it causing any problems?

Yes, that's what you end up doing on a carbed application since they don't use or have smog.

Also applies if you're deleting all the smog stuff on an efi application.

i dont want any smog stuff, the pumps locked up and i already tossed the cats
