Default Issues

So I was getting these pecular metal pieces in my oil. I got one piece after my second oil change on the new engine then six more the next. They were all simular thickness shape and length.

My friend who has the same heads yet bought his a long time ago said he had the same problem and it was the valve spring shims/locators weren't hardened. So Saturday I pull the valve covers off, pull the #4 springs off and on the exhaust valve the inner valve spring tore up the valve seal clip. The intake valve seel clipswere showing the samewear also and was probably going to end up as bad the other seal, just wrecked. I only had to time to pull that cylinder's springs but I'm pretty sure that the other spring are doing the same thing. I'm going to call AFR and Comp Cams since it's their spring to see what they think. Though I'd share to see what you guys thought.
