I have a X3Z ecu, 24lb injectors, and a X3Z specific MAF/MAS. The car is supercharged afr 165 heads gt 40 intake bbk equal length headers h-pipe flowmaster mufflers has a 255 walbro fuel pump msd 6al b-303 cam aeromotive fuel pressure regulator full suspension thats bout it oh and it is a t5 if that matters

The X3Z setup will work great, as long as you don't max out the injectors or the MAF. With boost this is always a risk.
Talk to a knowledgeable shop about your fuel and MAF sizing, as I am not comfortable addressing that issue myself. They will need to know how much boost you will be making too.
If you are going to max out the injectors or MAF, then a custom tune will be a VERY good idea. Not that it would be discouraged with the Cobra injectors and MAF/MAS.
Once you get into custom tuning, it really doesn't matter what computer you are using...
