squeak from rear left wheel

squeak from rear left wheel
hey all, 92 lx here, and for the last month it's had a squeak coming from the rear left wheel. If I move slowly I can tell it's squeaking at the same spot as it rotates, and it's a little louder in cold or wet weather. It's not constant, but I do notice it a lot more when the car is cold in the morning. I'm not noticing any issues with braking and I noticed it started after I took it through a car wash that hosed down the underbody of the car. (doubt it has anything to do with it, but trying to include all info)
would I be correct in assuming the brakes are getting low? why would it just be the one side? any ideas? Keep in mind I'm fine with disc brakes but not good with drums and not sure what to look for (not that good as a mechanic, basic maintenance is about all I am familiar with although I'm learning as I go with this car lol)
thanks in advance
