Theres a lil "nipple" in the back of the tensioner that goes in a notch on the bracket. Bolt it down and then push the tensioner to the pass side and slip on the belt. OK, here's my next question. You managed to do a 3G conversion and have no clue how the tensioner works? I must be missing something

 

thats a good question. i really dont know. i just checked the back of the tensioner and the lil "nipple" broke[:'(] i cant just put it back on by using the bolt right?

 

No, you will need a new tensioner. That's what keeps it from slipping/rotating!!!
