check your mounts(motor,tranny) for flex and cracks. also pay close attention in looking for marks on the driveline from your exhaust hitting it. bad motor mounts could cause the exhaust to move enough to where it hit the muffler. my driveshaft hits my passenger side muffler, and my mounts are good.

upper control arm bushings?, or your posi doing its thing around turns from a dead stop.
