i bought a new engine and want to sell mine. The piston rings are bad and the valve seals need o be replaced but otherwise its a good engine it runs pretty good. But what should i price it at with gt40p heads and a trick flow stage 1 cam and pretty much my whole long block?

You're not going to get that much for GT-40P heads unless someone is outta their mind.

Your right those heads are worth no more then $350 at most. Your never going to get what you have in them. Based on what you've said I'd say the motor is worth 400-500 since the pistons have to come out and is going to at least need a hone if the rings are worn that bad.

There is no shortage of these parts in the market. It's not a side oiler.
You should consider saving it for use in a future project.
