Default B or C springs?

I'm looking at getting the Ford Racing springs and i was just wondering if the B or the C springs were better? Any help would be appreciated.

I've got the C springs, they're progressive rate, I'm not too sure about the B springs though.

What shocks would you guys recommend? I've noticed lots of people have KYB, which model would you suggest.
