Default stupid suspension question?

what is the difference between lower control arms and traction bars. which is better and why??

the only stupid question is one not asked. your rear control arms hold the axle in the car . traction bars for the most part on mustangs move your center point loading the rear tires

yeah...i still don't get it, don't they both hold the axleto the car. maybe i need a diagram
