Default Different color SPRINGS

When I bought my car from an idiot LIAR...he claimed it has Saleen 1.5 inch lowering springs...

As I have my car in many many pieces now I realized the front springs are Red and the rear springs are Black.....Before I pulled the motor the car sat level and quite low...should I change the springs or are those fine?

I am also installing MM Frame Connectors, all new struts, rear shocks, quad shocks as well as upper and lower control arms..

Thanks

Well, for one you dont need the quad shocks if you are going to get a decent set of aftermarket control arms.

UPR
Granettelli

Well, you tell them that 88BlueGT from the MustangForums said you dont need them! lol

I also talked to numerous companies over the phone, email, etc. and they all said that I did NOT need them. Also, whenever you plan on running a decent sized tire you will need to toss them anyway.

Keep the quads, they wont hurt anything and weigh very little, as for the springs, the red ones are aftermarket for sure, the black ones maybe, hard to say with out pics, look into eibach or ford racing springs, they aren't that expensive and are easier to install while your doing all that than again in the future.

I am running 255s right now in the rear and they just clear....

UPR told me that if you go to a solid rear then you dont need them....

Re..Springs

If the car sits level then probably leave the springs alone right???
