extrude upper intaked

does anyone know how to [font="'primasans bt,verdana,sans-serif'"]extrude and upper intake or know any place that does it??[/font]

You can't extrude hone it yourself. Its a process of running some material not sure what through the intake that slowly opens it up. If you do a search on google you will find a place that does it. More then likely you will have to send your intake out to get it done.
