Default RE: Break-in procedure

Well I can't back up a damn thing i've said with anything more than a couple sites I've read last year, while being words from engine builders, they weren't well known. All of them said to put a big load on it, none said to treat it easy and not go high in rpm. The only thing i've got on going easy on it was from a mustang repair manual, which I would rather believe the going hard on it over taking it easy, because it was based on something more than 10 years old. Point noted in case I ever get around to researching if there is something to back it up.
