2500 rpms at 75 mph?

2500 rpms at 75 mph?
Ok, I just replaced my rear tires with a setof stock sized tires, yet I'm still at almost 2500 rpm (probably 2470 or something) at 75mph. How can this be? I have 3.55 gears, butmy rpms readlike I'm running 4.10s.

4.10's will put you closer to 2800 rpms

4.10's will put you closer to 2800 rpms
. I somehow got into my head that I should be at 2100 rpms at that speed. Maybe I'll consult an engine speed calculator and see for myself. Thanks, Adder.

Yeah adder is right with my 4.10 I run right around 3 grand at 70. That is why my glass packs had to go and the reason I went with flows over lm1 or 2's. That sh*t gets annoying.
