not sure what spring rates to run. wondering if someone could help me. i plan to run adjustable shocks all around. not sure on brand yet. but i want the car to be set up for road racing, but i still want it streetable because its my daily driver. so nothing to stiff. dont want coil overs, pretty much because they are just plain noisy and make the car bouncy. whatcha guys think? is there a common set-up that seems to work pretty well? thanks in advance

get a set of H&R SS springs and be done with it

i got a pretty sexy drop about 1 1/4"- 1.5 " eibachs with 17x9 with 245/40/ r 17 and its a nice set up the spring rates i believe are 660 and 240 something like that

from what ive heard, H&R SS springs are for more show purposes than go? just what ive heard, duno if its true
