i dont know what site you are looking at but they are 210 where i look i actually just scored a set of them from a friend for 100 bucks with 800 miles on them he bought the car with them and is now putting drag launch springs in

Get the C Springs, a set of weld in subframe connectors, and a set of southside machine lift bars and you're good to go.

I have the C's on my car and I'm very happy with them... Paid $150 for 'em at summit. One word of warning though... One of mine was defective and the car sat high at one corner. Just eye ball 'em up when you get them out of the set and make sure each front and each rear match their mate.

Also... I'm pretty sure they are progressive in the rear since Ford lists 2 numbers for their weight rating. Progressive springs progressively change rating when more weight (or force) is added to the car. I also seem to recall the rears being wound tighter at the top, which would support my theory.
