Hey guys, i have a 92 lx, and am looking to put some street slicks on my car. I am upgrading my rearend with a 373 along with a right lock traction lock and 5lug axles. I was looking at putting the weld race star wheels on my car and keep the rearend the same width, now i need help figuring out how big of a tire i can fit underneath with out having problems with fit, my car has also been lowered by an inch.

You can go w/ a 8.0" rim, 5.5" backspacing, and go as big as a MT ET street slick in a 26-28"x11.50, 15" tire. That's what I run w/ no rubbing. Now my car sits at stock height but the way t looks, I could lower a lil w/o any problems.

Ive been looking to do all that but i cant afford it yet all i got back there is 3.73 which are sick. How was the 5 lug swap out? hopefully ill be doing that in the nest few years.

Now to fit those you probly have to have to toss the quad shocks, no?
