Default Mac catted h-pipe worth $300, new in box

The subject says it all. Is it a good pipe, do I need shorty headers to make it work or will the stock headers work. Just need to know for the good old budget. Thanks

Stock headers should work just fine as long as its not an H pipe for long tubes, which since it has cats it probably isnt.

Just so you know a catted H pipe is not a performance upgrade. Its the same thing as stock.

Ive got a MAC catted H pipe on my car because the previous owner replaced the old stock H pipe. I have shorty headers.

Its coming off soon and I plan on getting a catless X pipe.

well if its mac, its a performance part. granted a midpipe with high flow cats wont perform as well as a midpipe with no cats, its still much better then stock
