Default Startin problem plz help...

I have a brand new 3g alt. an optima red top battery an my car wont turn over. I have power (radio, lights,etc..) Any ideas? Maybe a wire came loose or sum ****? Any help appreciated!

Could be your clutch safety switch, disable it or loop the connection and see if it will start. could also be your starter solenoid. Tap the solenoid and see if that helps.

Have you done something on the car recently to cause this? Any new work done that may be interfering?

Have you checked for spark or fuel yet?

ok real e-z for spark this requires 2 people one crankin it over and one out side , you take #1 sparkplug off and stick an screw drivein the end put it next to something metal *hold handle* and bring it like 1/8 in away and have someone crank it over if you see an spark jump then you got apsrk , when you take the puld out look at it and smell it if its gas soaked then thatsanother way for tellin if u ant gettin spark and can rule out the fuel part , see if when you turn the key on if the fuel pump turns on if not then somehting f-up with your fuel pump like the relay

bout to go check for spark now and i mayb wrong but Cant u hear if the fuel pump turns on? Also isnt there a fuel switch to? I have a hatch if it matters. Thx for reply !
