Couldn't tell ya what the factoryTB is, but I went to a 75mm when I got my CAI. Works well, I'm happy with it. When you change out the TB, you should upgrade the MAF too.

Given your mods, you'll see little to no gain from getting a bigger TB. You have too many other bottlenecks with no real power adders. This isn't a slam on you. Just telling you that the money may be better spent elsewhere. If you had a something other than the stock heads / intake or if you had some forced induction then that would be different.

Once you get HP gains from an H/C/I swap and once you open up teh exhaust with something other than the horrid stock headers (I know, i was stuck with them for a LONG time too) then you can get a larget TB and MAF (and a fuel pump / injectors too)

Just as an afterthought... if you want some free HP, bump your timing from the stock 10degreesto about 16 or so degrees. You'll have to run premium gas (usually) but that should give you a free 10 or so HP. And if you want to "feel" a difference, then get a nice set of gears (3.73s or 4.10s) That will let you feel a real difference.

Personally, I wouldn't go with it. I imagine it may make a very minor difference. But with your engine, your heads are a huge bottleneck. The intake is pretty bad and the headers certainly are a joke, lol. I don't know why Ford even bothered to put those restrictive things on there!

In my opinion, it's just not worth it to spend the money on it...not yet.
