So I just got my G-Force T-5 gears put in along with the Mcleod clutch. Anyone who has doubts about it, trust me its NICE stuff. We compared the gears cluster to a M22 "Rock Crusher" and the gears are bigger, thicker, and almost as straight as that! And everyone always goes oh man M22 those things are bad! Yea, its frickin awesome, I love it. I also got the Pro50 shifter put in, and its really nice too. Can't wait for the track to open now, now I'll be leaving some high 12's hopefully! I bought my stuff from Astroperformance.comthey were great, but the Mcleod clutch kit they sold me was a Mcleod clutch disc and just a king cobra pressure plate, which is fine but wish I would have known that before I ordered it. Pedal feel on the king cobra pressure plate is LIGHT! It's WAY lighter than what it was before, has almost the same feel as my moms 02GT.

Now just needa hook up my nitrous and pop in some "battle boxes" and I'll be good to go! Just thought I would let everyone know my experience. What a birthday present huh??

sweet man! [/align][/align]im a little confused though.. prolly just cuz im slow but the G-force T-5 gears, thats just the rear end gears right? or does it have to do with the gears in the tranny? [/align][/align]and not sure about you hitting 12's if you sig said you ran a 14.35 and with just these mods you be in the 12's. unless you got a pretty good size shot going in.[/align][/align]either way good luck! and congrats![/align]

Oh, yea G-force gears are the gears inside the tranny (see here http://www.g-forcetransmissions.com/tran_gt-5.asp)

As for hoping high 12's this is what I got:
TFS TW heads
1.7rr's
10:1 TFS specific pistons (matches the TW valves)
BBK ceramic shorties with BBK offroad X-pipe and Flowmaster catback
GT-40 upper and lower
70mm t-body with matching egr spacer
BBK CAI mated to a C&L 76mm maf/elbow
Flex-a-lite electric fan
Underdrive pulleys
190lph fuel pump
3.55 rear gears
And all the new tranny stuff.
I have a NOS dry nitrous kit sitting behind me that I can pop on there just incaseI don't hit 12's
