Did you install new spring dampeners. Maybe one of them is sitting slightly cocked. Also give it a day or 2 to settle. It might just fix itself.

Shocks and struts don't have anything to do with ride height.
I agree about giving it some time to settle but 1" is alot. I would just take your tire off real quick and check it out n make sure the install was correct, something doesnt seem right.
