Default Ok so I bought a 89 Mustang LX with 90,000 miles on it...

And I'm looking for a used automatic transmission with better milage on it...anyone kno where I can find one???

I wouldnt worry about replacing it until it blows.
90k isnt really all that high.
Ive got 99k on my AOD and it shows no signs of giving up.

+1 on the drive it till it pukes. It prolly wouldnt hurt to change the fluid and filter though.

A bench rebuild (you pull and bring it to a shop) is usually $600-900 depending on the internals you want.
