Default Window Calibration...

So tomorrow im going to try and tackle some minor problems with my car, mostly associated with them is a rattle in my passenger side door and also the window is off... When it is completley rolled up it seems to move twoard the front of the car a little and leave a small gap near the weather striping... it also rubs the top of the weather striping if you roll it all the way up and close the door... Im assuming there are some minor adjustment screws in the door of the car... I need to take the panel off either way so ill look at it then... Any tips on getting this calibrated correctly?

Sounds like you have a similar problem to what I had. Did you install aftermarket run channels? If so that is probably the problem. The passenger side on our 93 wouldnt use an aftermarket one. I had to find a NOS one. I guess the material was just too thick. You can try widening the channel a little with some pliers or a spacer block. It just takes a lot of feneshing (SP) to get them right.

My driver's side was a bit doinked... I had to trim the top of the run channel away so I could move it a bit further toward the rear of the door. No big deal, I just ran out of adjustment at other places.

And yes, there are 2 adjustment bolts on the front run channel and 2 adjustments on the (for lack of the correct term) regulator shaft. One is on the door frame and the other is a button head under the door. You can also adjust the cat-hair foot at the rear of the window. When adjusting mine I just left everything "snug" and ran the window up and down bumping each adjustment a bit until I got it where it was good, then torqued everything down.
