Letttt me just tellll you. I bought my 94 gt in may and found during an oil change that the springs were cut. My ride is horrible, i've felt smoother on a skateboard and turns make you feel like you're in a corkscrew of a roller coaster. So you won't DIE....per say....[8D]

Over time cut springs will probably get worse, you're better off buying a set of springs.

i cut the springs on my old gt in the back . if u don't cut that much out of it u won't even really notice a difference in the ride. how much are u wanting to lower the car? almost everyone i know has cut there springs to lower it.

if u wanna get crazy u can do like we did to my gf's car. i had bbk lowering springs and we cut a coil and half out if it. i will admit it doesn't ride very well but that thing will turn on a dime
