5.0 rebuild
Helllo, brand new to this club, but as working parents we do not have the time to look thru past threads to see if our question has already been answered, so, if you do not have the time to share your knowledge please just move on without giving YOUR version of proper etiquette.
So, we are rebuilding our '89 5.0. It is a first rebuild, going thirty over and is currently mated with an EAOD with a shift kit. We would like to give it more "umf" and would like recommendations on a cam. This will be a daily driver.

Most people recommend a 2300-2500 stall on a daily driver. And for the cam question, I agree with MD about the B-303 Cam from Ford Motorsports. If you decide against it though, you can call Comp Cams and tell them what you have and what you want outta a cam. They will tell you everything you need to know.
